Knitted Jersey is very suitable fabric for Promotional and Fashion wear T-Shirt Garments. our Jersey Fabric are made up of predominantly cotton, as well as elastane which is used to make the fabric even stretchier. It makes the perfect fabric for items that require movement, whilst providing comfort for the wearer. As it’s so absorbent and breathable, cotton blends like jersey are ideal for any everyday clothing - including t-shirts. However, it can be slightly tricky to work with if you are a beginner, just be sure to Pre-wash your fabrics before sewing as it does have the tendency to shrink.

Knitted Interlock Fabric is also known as double knit fabric. This is another type of weft knitted fabric. But it differs from single jersey fabric in that it’s manufactured using two rows of needles. You can picture it like two layers of single jersey fabric, knitted together back to back.
There are different varieties of interlock fabric, including rib and pique. However, if you have plain interlock material it will look the same on both sides.In comparison to single jersey fabric, interlock fabric feels thicker, heavier and firmer.
